Cedar Canyon PTO Student Directory Information

2023-2024 School Year

Welcome to Cedar Canyon! Our PTO puts together a resourceful directory of our students and teachers that can be helpful when planning student activities, connecting with classmates, or reaching out to other parents. The student names will be listed under their class as well as in the back student index. 

All students, regardless of PTO membership, are encourage to submit their information for the directory.

Please fill out the portions of the contact information you would like to have included in the directory. Student Name, Grade, Teacher are required fields. All other information is optional. If you fill out a section, it WILL be included in the directory.

Submission deadline is SEPTEMBER 15th.

Please fill out one form for each child. If you have any questions feel free to email Heather Lawrence and Dorcas Osei-Ampadu at ccptoschooldirectory@gmail.com.

A printed directory is included with your PTO membership of $15. To receive a directory, please sign up on the PTO website Membership Page. Additional directories will be available for $5. These will be given to students after they are printed (approximately mid October).
