🎨 Perry’s Perch is Back! 🎉

Reserve your spot and show your Cedar Canyon school spirit!

Perry’s Perch is a fun way for families to celebrate and share special moments. Whether you're recognizing a birthday, congratulating a student or teacher, cheering on a team, or simply spreading positivity—the rock is your canvas!

📍 Location:

Perry’s Perch is placed close to Door 1, by the car line.

💲 Cost:

$10 per day 

📅 Reservation Schedule:

Choose the day you want your design displayed—you can begin painting the evening before, starting at 4 PM. For example, if you reserve Friday, July 4, 2025, you would be allowed to begin painting after 4 pm on Thursday, July, 3, 2025.

💡Reserve Multiple Days:

If you want your painted design to remain on the rock for more than one day, simply book multiple consecutive days when signing up.

Example: For a birthday that falls on a Tuesday, you could reserve Tuesday and Wednesday to keep your artwork up for two full days.

🛑 Who Can Reserve?

Perry’s Perch is open to Cedar Canyon teachers, staff, and parents/guardians of current students.

🚫 Important Guidelines:

    •    No profanity

    •    No political or religious messages

    •    No business advertisements

Cedar Canyon Staff and PTO reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without notice.

📆 Refund & Reschedule Policy:

    •    No refunds

    •    Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your reserved date

    •    If school is cancelled, the Perry’s Perch coordinator will assist with rescheduling

🎨 Painting Tips:

    •    Use spray paint with primer (2–3 cans recommended for the base)

    •    Premium paint, such as Rustoleum, works best

    •    Let the base coat dry (~15 minutes)

    •    Sketch your design with chalk before painting

    •    Use acrylic paint for details—it holds up in the rain

    •    Baby wipes help with cleanup and touch-ups
