PTO Committee Positions Available

Are you considering a PTO committee position for next year? Thank you so much for your interest, this is a great place to start!

There are a number of positions available with a variety of responsibilities and time commitments. We would love to provide whatever information you need to find what fits your schedule!

Below you can see a recap of what’s available, then simply complete the form to be sent additional information.

The PTO is a wonderful way to support the Cedar Canyon community so that we can continue to provide wonderful events and experiences to our students and staff!

Treasurer - Manage the budget and membership drive, work on taxes. Responsibilities can be completed at home.

Communications Co-Chair - Manage the website/social media. Responsibilities can be done at home, one co-chair is already in place.

Hospitality- Organize a few key events throughout the year including meals, Thanksgiving pies and Teacher Appreciation Week.

Fun Run - Organize and run the Fun Run.

Little Shots - Organize and run the Little Shots program. Responsibilities to be completed at home and school.

Membership - Run the membership drive at the start of school. Responsibilities mostly done at home.

Perry’s Perch - Manage the sign-up for Perry’s Perch. Responsibilities can be done at home.

Spring Reading - Manage the Tin Caps spring reading program. Responsibilities to be completed at home and school.

Spirit Wear - Work with supplier to provide three Spirit Wear sales a year.

School Supply Kit - Work with the school and supplier to provide school supply kits.

Holiday Shop Co-Chair - Shop for, organize and run the holiday shop. One co-chair is already in place.
